BYE BYE Hartley!

I was in Philly recently working with some of the flyers players.I was touched when they gave me tickets to the Thrasher game, then emotional when they presented me with a team track suit. The Flyers took care of the Thrashers,resulting in coach Hartley losing his job. Thanks guys and see you in December!

This guy is one from a long list of new bodies in Philly that will take the Flyers deep into the post season. Thats my prediction, and those who know me well would agree! Good luck Marty and see you soon. By the way, nice stick.

Here at PROshooters we focus on quick hands, Reid Milne-O'Neil(#22 white) has worked with Tim for almost three (3) years now. He currently plays "A" level hockey for the Clarkson Hurricanes and with his work ethic...

PROshooters welcomes yet another potential star!

Domenic joined PROshooters a short time ago... I am not the only one who noticed his
positive work ethic. Read what his off-ice training center has to say...

Domenic Procopio- At 4 foot 9 and 90 pounds the 10 year old Domenic Procopio is one of SST's youngest athletes. Domenic has been a member ever since June 2006 when SST Hamilton first opened. Domenic first came to SST to increase his foot speed, gain better balance and to become a stronger hockey player. His goal is simple. To become the best hockey player EVER! Since joining SST he has shaved several seconds off his personal best times in all of his speed and agility tests.

Domenic has become a work-out addict, training 5 days per week. He has lowered his body fat to just over 10% and maintains a good diet outlined by the SST staff. He also maintains an A- average at school and is becoming a dynamic all-round hockey player in the process. He possesses a hard shot, strong centre of gravity and is an explosive body checker. When asked what has made him improve so much he is quick in his response, "SST!" His dedication to "HIS" work-outs and to SST itself is in direct correlation to his successes on the ice and his success in the class room.

Domenic is playing for the Hamilton Reps 10 year old squad this upcoming season. He played in the Hamilton Hub League last season as a minor in a major Atom division where he averaged more than 2 points per game. Domenic recently was asked to participate in an exhibition game for the 11 year old Hamilton Reps that happened to be short staffed. He responded with a natural hat-trick in the third period not to mention hitting his way with a purpose and a message. Look out and keep your head up!

Talk about contribution!!

Tim, your favourite little Tyke team had a league game today. Let's just say PROshooting was evident! It was 12-0, we had 8 different scorers, that is exciting. I have noticed a big difference in shooting and clearing the puck. We were flying!

Teppo on the Mend!!

Great to Hear-Teppo's surgery went well and he told me he can not wait to be back playing again. A few month's of rehab and we look forward to seeing you back with the Sabres again!

This is me with Kory Nagy, one of the best and strongest technical skaters I have seen in years, NHL included! He has a very hard work ethic and comes to me to work on speeding up his release and to become more accurate. The OHL's Oshawa Generals are glad to have him!

How are you? I have been meaning to email to let you know that Liam cracked an A team (the coach loved his skating and shot) and to book some more time. Then low and behold he has a skills practice on Sat morning at Powerade and I find out the famous Tim Turk is handling it. Yep. He made the Cooksville Minor PeeWee A Team and is looking forward to seeing you on Saturday. Thank You for getting him to this level. It took a while but it is really coming together.
