Tim Turk preaches downward pressure for power!



Tim Turk has worked with Aaron Palushaj(Montreal Canadiens Prospect) over the past 2 seasons. Our focus is to create optimal power and speed up release time when shooting also taking more shots when entering critical areas.

Hard work and consistancy of execution will earn Aaron Palushaj an extended career at the NHL level!

Tim Turk in Chatham!



Tim Turk met Austin Bentley, A Bantam AAA player with the Chatham-Kent Cyclones.

Tum Turk The Habs skills and shooting coach was conducting a recent skills session in Chatham.

Austin shoots right and his favourite team is the HABS! his favourite player is Mike Cammaleri! One of my fav's too!
Austin displays energy and a very solid work ethic that players tend to gravitate towards.

Tim Turk features Marcela Livingston!



Tim Turk recently worked with the Burlington Barracudas Novice team and met Marcela.

Turk says she is on the right path to becoming a great hockey player!

Get to know Marcela a little better by reading below...

Marcela is a right winger (this year) with the Burlington Barracudas Novice A. She is in her second year of hockey and is also a purple belt in taekwondo.
Marcela chose #20 after her favorite player Chris Pronger (as daddy played Dryden minor hockey with Pronger). She also likes Jazz dance and riding her bike.

Great job Marcela!

A heart felt message from Tim Turk... "REST IN PEACE SCRATCH"

Tim Turk(2nd from the right in the Habs suit) pictured here with Karlis Skrastins(far Left) became close friends thanks to Oscars Bartulis(2nd from the left).

Last summer,Oscars and Karlis(Skratch) invited me(Tim Turk) to Latvia to work at thier summer camp.

While in Latvia, Tim Turk became very close friends with Oscars and Karlis(Skratch)!

Sadly, Skratch(Karlis Skrastins) lost his life in an untimely tragic plane accident and he will be greatly missed!

My thoughts and prayers go out to Skratch's family.

My time with Skratch will never be forgotten! Thanks for everything Skratch!!

Tim Turk works up north!!

Tim Turk Features David Campbell from St. Joseph Island

D.O.B. April 12, 2002
Height: 4'10"
Weight: 85lbs
Shoots: Left
Position: Center
Division: Atom Minor


David age 9 is from beautiful St. Joseph Island, located 45 minutes east of Sault Ste. Marie. He played his first two years for the North Channel Minor Hockey Association and last year for Soo Pee Wee. He has been the points leader for each year. This year will be an exciting rep year with the Soo jr. Greyhounds. David has two older brothers and many cousins that he loves to play hockey with on our local outdoor rink.


David also loves soccer, track and field and basketball. The x-box is a favourite when his friends are over.


David's favourite player and team are Ovechkin and Washington Capitals.


David has been training at RHP in Sudbury and loves it. The coaching staff and facility are top notch. David would love nothing more than to have a laser shot like Tim Turk.. Lots of practicing needed.....

Tim Turk Features Joshua Paquin in Sudbury!



Tim Turk was recently in Sudbury and had the pleasure to work with a Future star!!

Josh, age 5, will be starting his hockey career with Leaside Hockey Association (Toronto) this fall. When he's not talking about his favourite team, the Pittsburgh Penguins, he alternates between dreaming of scoring goals and saving them and is always practicing the butterfly and doing the splits. He credits learning how to shoot a puck with Tim Turk. Tim, thanks so much for your willingness to coach him and the amazing goal-scoring instruction you gave him!

When Josh is not on the ice, he loves to hang out with his friends and play cars and SuperMario Kart. He also likes to swim, score goals in soccer and watch any kind of sport especially Formula 1 and Nascar racing. His favourite movies include Cars, Kung Fu Panda and Star Wars.

His other favourite NHL teams include the Boston Bruins, Montreal Canadiens and Detroit Red Wings and his Mom is hoping that Tim Turk won't be the only NHL coach Josh has the privilege of working with :*)

Along with lots of scoring, led the league in penalty minutes :)
