TimTurk in Prince George British Columbia!!

Tim Turk,Skills coach with the NHL's Montreal Canadiens was in Prince George last week. Here during a session Tim is explaining that your "stick" is one of the top 3 main pieces of equipment used to play the game.
REMEMBER! your stick is for shooting, passing and puck control...NOT balance!

Looking forward to returning to B.C. in a few weeks!!!

Tim Turk Helps out another focused hockey player!

Tim Turk met Korbyn Chabot in Prince George BC while doing a skills clinic for the Selects!

Great job with downward pressure and locking the power arm in your release! not to mention a nice high grip hand pulling away from his body. Excellent!

Korbyn Chabot is 10 years old and was born November 13, 1999. He started skating when he was 3 years old and started organized hockey when he was 4. Korbyn's favorite team is the San Jose Sharks and his favorite player is Dany Heatley. Korbyn always wears jersey #9 and one day would like to be drafted to the NHL and win the Stanley Cup. His biggest dream would be to play for team Canada in either the World Junior Championships or the Olympics. This picture was taken while playing for the Cougars Selects in the Winnipeg North American Hockey Challenge in June 2009.
